Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santo Domingo for a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons, managing classroom activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student growth. Additional responsibilities include utilizing international curriculum standards and encouraging creativity, exploration, and social-emotional development in young learners. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development Experience and expertise in Kindergarten teaching and Early Childhood Education Strong skills in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and development-focused classroom environment Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field Experience in a multicultural or international educational setting is a plus Proficiency in English Passion for working with young children and inspiring their development
